The Radiant Home Group of Cummings & Co Realtors has launched the Radiant Heroes Program as a way to say thank you to those who serve our country and its communities. We are passionate about giving back to those who give so much of themselves to such a worthy cause. We honor members of the United States Military, Law Enforcement, Fire Service, and Emergency Medical Service by donating a portion of our commission towards their closing costs and by partnering with vendors who provide similar discounts. The Radiant Heroes Program does not cost you anything up front and there are no future obligations. This program was established as a way to say thank you for the sacrifices you make for your country.
This is not a nationwide government program with limitations and restrictions. The Radiant heroes Program is local to Maryland, DC and Virginia, and does not have restrictions on where you can purchase a home or the price of your home.
